Offer non-medical support to clients in their homes, including companionship, meal preparation, light housekeeping, and assistance with personal hygiene. Help create a safe, comfortable, and nurturing environment for every individual served.
Provide companionship and supervision for elderly or homebound clients. Engage in light conversation, assist with simple tasks, and ensure clients’ well-being and safety while maintaining a friendly, patient-centered presence.
Oversee daily office operations, manage files and communications, and support HR and scheduling tasks. Ensure the administrative hub runs smoothly to support both field staff and patient care teams.
Serve as the first point of contact for new patients and families. Gather essential information, verify eligibility, and ensure seamless onboarding for home health services with warmth and professionalism.
